Come join a fast growing professional company in beautiful Southwest Florida. Shine Lighting is looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and quality conscious individual to join the Shine team to lead our light crew installing custom outdoor décor and lighting.
Job Description
· Read daily work orders to ensure the team has all the equipment and supplies needed for the day’s work.
· Notify customers when the team will be arriving and be the contact with them on a jobsite.
· Lead the team in installing, maintaining when necessary, and teardown of outdoor décor on residential and commercial properties.
· Maintain quality of installation, ensure all lighting is on and working correctly, conduct post-job inspection to verify property is clean and all equipment is picked up and stored before leaving jobsite.
· Keep track of job hours, supplies used, and other information needed to complete each job.
· Keep supply inventory and be able to communicate information to management.
Qualifications
· Must like to work with others in a team environment
· Must want to work in a leadership capacity
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Must be able to work on Saturday’s
· Must be able to lift and carry a ladder-up to 30 pounds
· Must not be afraid of heights
· Must be able to work outside
· General electrical knowledge is helpful, but not necessary
